OUR STORY
Meet Sean and Brian. Different strengths, unexpected connections, and one shared idea: bring the Squirrel back to life.
The two co-owners joined forces in 2021 after the original White Squirrel closed. With friends alongside them, they spent 2022 shaping a new chapter for the brewery.
In March 2023, White Squirrel purchased Gasper Brewing Company and moved into the warehouse at 302 State Street. The crew began restoring the space and bringing the original recipes back. An April soft opening gave the community a first look; a keg-tapping ribbon cutting on September 22 and a grand opening the next day made it official.
That community is still the heart of the story. Good beer, good company, entertainment, and a place where people can feel at home. Bowling Green's living room.
